Risks

  • Coin price. Set by the curve and by other traders. Creators and early wallets can sell into you. Check Launch transparency before buying.
  • Q2 price. Q2 tracks GOOGL and NVDA. Stock prices move, and they do not trade on weekends while Solana does, so on-chain prices can gap when markets reopen.
  • Liquidity. GOOGLx and NVDAx have far less on-chain liquidity than SOL. Large mints and redeems can move their prices.
  • Unaudited code. QuantArk’s program and its cryptography have not been audited.
  • Third-party programs. Trading depends on Meteora’s DBC and DAMM v2. The canary depends on Qanary’s account. Q2 depends on the xStock issuer.
  • Q-day protection is partial. See the Security model. The recovery claim does not exist yet.
  • Lost Lifeboat file. If you lose it, QuantArk cannot restore it.
  • xStocks are tracker certificates, which are securities issued under a prospectus. Q2 wraps them. The status of a basket like Q2 differs by country and has not been settled.
  • US persons will be excluded, as they are by the xStock issuer.
  • Nothing in these docs is financial, legal or tax advice.

QuantArk is on devnet. Devnet tokens have no value and devnet can be reset. Mainnet is not live.
